The temps are getting hotter and the evenings are getting longer.

Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes & Contemporary Herbs
Cherry tomatoes and plenty of recent herbs make this a brilliant pasta facet dish for summer season.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook dinner Time: 20 minutes
- Whole Time: 25 minutes
- Yield: 2 servings 1x

- 1 cup (3.3oz, 95gr) raw pasta – fusilli, penne
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 4oz (120gr) cherry tomatoes, minimize in half
- 1 tbs recent, snipped chives
- 1 tbs recent, snipped parsley
- 2 tbs recent, snipped basil
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
- Cook dinner pasta in keeping with bundle directions. Drain.
- When pasta is finished, instantly put into a big bowl, add olive oil, tomatoes, cheese and herbs.
- Toss nicely to mix and serve.
Notes
Use your favourite cheese – the warmth from the pasta will soften the cheese barely.
The time for this dish is simply the pasta cooking time so recent pasta on an induction cooktop will likely be a lot quicker than dry pasta on a daily cooktop.
