The theme for Monday posts in July is Zucchini.

Sautéed Zucchini with Balsamic Vinegar
That is a simple veggie facet dish – use any colour summer time squash you’ve gotten and your favourite contemporary herbs.

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbs contemporary parsley, chopped
- Warmth oil in medium skillet over medium warmth.
- Add entire garlic cloves and cook dinner till golden.
- Take away garlic and discard (or chop and add again on the finish).
- Add zucchini slices, sauté over medium warmth till tender, 10 – quarter-hour, flipping and stirring sometimes.
- Add vinegar, herbs, and serve.

These are skinny slices, minimize with a knife – not paper skinny.
