We have been in love with Fripon once we examined it within the fall of 2022, naming it one among our favourite eating places in Paris. Service was newbie, the wine checklist was each boring and costly. At Fripon, Séné’s improvements have been balanced and scrumptious. Right here, they have been absurd and aggravating – like strands of sprouts added to a bowl of chocolate mousse.

The breakup of Séné and Fripon has yielded two forgettable eating places.
