Chez Casimir is a long-standing informal bistro close to Gare du Nord that’s now being run by a brand new crew. It’s choice for many who love charcuterie, offal and wild sport, particularly whenever you want one thing that’s open on Monday and close to the prepare station.
There have been some tasty dishes, however Chez Casimir is not included amongst our 50 Favourite Eating places in Paris.
