Prunier is a historic caviar and seafood home that opened close to the Arc de Triomphe in 1924. It boasts some unimaginable artwork déco frescos and moldings from that interval has been owned till not too long ago by Pierre Bergé, co-founder of the YSL trend home. Chef Yannick Alléno of the three-star restaurant Ledoyen has not too long ago taken over the kitchen at Prunier and is placing his personal spin on iconic dishes just like the Christian Dior egg (with caviar, cream and ham aspic). Prunier is a splendidly plush place to bask in Champagne, oysters and caviar.
Prunier has been included amongst our 50 favourite eating places in Paris and our favourite spots for seafood.
