Heat Pasta Salad with Goat Cheese

Pasta Salad, Goat Cheese

  • 3oz (100gr) Prosciutto, thinly sliced, reduce into bite-size items
  • 4oz (120gr) cherry tomatoes, reduce in half
  • 3 tbs dried bread crumbs
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbs white Balsamic vinegar
  • 4oz (120gr) spaghetti
  • Prepare dinner pasta based on bundle instructions.
  • Drain and toss with 1 tbs olive oil.
  • Warmth 2 tbs olive oil in medium nonstick skillet. 
  • Add shallots and sauté till beginning to brown, about quarter-hour. 
  • Add Prosciutto, and sauté 2 – 3 minutes longer. 
  • Add cherry tomatoes and warmth via. 
  • Add vinegar and pasta, and stir/toss to mix. 
  • Take away from warmth.
  • Put bread crumbs on a plate.
  • Roll the perimeters of the cheese within the crumbs, then dip each side, so it’s utterly coated. 
  • Place on a baking sheet. 
  • Bake, 400F (200C) for 3 – 4 minutes, simply till you see the tops sink barely or cheese ooze barely. 
  • To serve: 
  • Divide pasta between 2 plates. High with rounds of cheese and serve instantly.

Notes

The goat cheese I used is available in a log with pores and skin, that’s not fairly an 1 1/2 inches (4cm) in diameter. That permits for thick slices.
If doesn’t look prepared after 4 minutes, take it out anyway – it’s prepared.
