Egg Noodles with Tomato Sauce

  • 2oz (60gr) feta, crumbled
  • Sauce:

  • Add shallots, ham and sauté till shallots are tender.
  • Add tomatoes, cut back warmth and simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.
  • Stir sometimes. It needs to be chunky and thick.
  • Stir in feta and olives.
  • Noodles:
  • Put eggs in medium bowl and whisk effectively.
  • Add flour, somewhat at a time, sprinkling it throughout the eggs, and whisking effectively after every addition.
  • Add the milk  and whisk effectively.
