- 3 sprigs thyme
- 3 1-inch strips lemon peel
- 300g chèvre
- Zest of ½ lemon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 baguette, sliced crosswise
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Organize tomatoes, heads of garlic, thyme, and lemon peels in an 8×13-inch baking dish, then season with salt and pepper. Pour in olive oil, sufficient to come back midway up the tomatoes.
