After visiting Boon Room once more final January, and their completely different exhibits in each Milan and Copenhagen, see my Instagram highlights for these. I’m wanting ahead visiting once more subsequent January after I might be in Paris for Maison & Objet and Paris design week. One of many newest artists at Boon Room I’m wanting ahead to see the work of is Neshka, a multidisciplinary artist and designer working between high quality artwork and object design.
Neshka’s work is quiet and material-focused, with an emphasis on kind, stability and floor. Her course of is intuitive, guided by simplicity and high quality slightly than mounted ideas. She works throughout sculpture, portray, drawing and product design, drawing inspiration from structure, summary artwork and nature. Her works are finely crafted, but stay direct and sincere of their use of supplies.

At Boon Room Neshka exhibits large-scale sculptures constructed from recycled, charred cedar wooden. The fabric comes from driftwood collected on the West Coast of Canada. The charring course of brings out the feel of the wooden and provides each bit depth and character. Extra data at Boon Room
