I had a lot enjoyable doing small salads for April I made a decision to do it once more for Might, however with barely bigger salads.
There are the salads that I make for myself for lunch or for the two of us once we are having a lighter principal course.

Composed Salad with Honey Mustard French dressing

- French dressing:
- In a small bowl whisk mustard, honey and vinegar.
- Add olive oil and whisk till integrated – this may get very thick.
- Add tarragon, chives and stir nicely to mix.
- To assemble:
- Lay lettuce leaves flat on 2 giant plates.
- Prepare ham, pepper, tomatoes, eggs and avocado artfully on lettuce.
- Crumble and sprinkle feta excessive.
- Drizzle with 2 tbs of dressing and serve, remaining dressing on the aspect.
Notes
Avocado will hold 2 – 3 days within the fridge, pit eliminated and minimize aspect down, on a plate.
The French dressing will hold for as much as every week within the fridge.
