Granite is a positive eating restaurant within the outdated Spring location close to the Louvre. Like Stéphane Manigold’s different western Paris eating places (Hémicycle, Substance and Le Bistrot Flaubert), it’s aiming for elevated gastronomy in barely younger & cool (however not too cool) atmosphere.
