  • 2 rooster breasts, boneless, skinless, minimize in half
  • 1 medium onion, minimize in half, sliced
  • 1 pink bell pepper, cleaned, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (8oz, 240gr) peeled, chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup (about 12) dry-cured Greek olives, pitted, chopped
  • 2 tbs capers
  • 2oz (60gr) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp floor cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (4.5oz, 130gr) orzo
  • Cook dinner orzo in response to bundle instructions.  Drain.

  • Add onion, pepper and sauté till tender, 7 – 8 minutes.
