I don’t assume that will be my first selection any longer for a marinade, however…. It made a really tender, very flavorful steak out of a troublesome lower of beef.

  • Marinade:
  • 1/3 cup (3oz, 90ml) olive oil

  • 1/4 cup (2oz, 60gr) ketchup
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • Combine all substances for marinade and pour over steak. 
  • Flip nicely to coat.
  • Cowl and marinate for not less than 3 hours.
  • Cook dinner steak on barbecue grill over direct warmth for five – 9 minutes per facet – or till executed – 140F (60C) for uncommon.
