  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Barbecue Sauce:

  • 2 tbs ketchup
  • 2 tbs pink wine vinegar
  • 2 tbs molasses
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Combine all components for marinade and purée in a blender.
  • Spoon onto pork and marinate within the fridge for two – 6 hours.
  • Prepare dinner pork on barbecue grill for 20 – 25 minutes. 
  • Flip often to brown on all sides.
