Mini Pizza

I had 2 – 5″ (10cm) circles of puff pastry.
Use pizza dough for those who want.

  • Prepare dinner Time: 20 minutes
  • Whole Time: half-hour
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

  • 4oz (120gr) puff pastry, thawed if wanted
  • 2 shallots, peeled, sliced
  • 1oz (30gr) ham, lower into small items
  • 1oz (30gr) cheese, lower into small items
  • 3 tbs ketchup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Warmth oil in medium skillet.
  • Add shallots and sauté over medium-high warmth till browned and beginning to crisp across the edges, 10 – 12 minutes.
  • Combine ketchup, soy sauce and oregano in a small bowl.
  • To assemble:
  • Lay pastry on baking sheet, both nonstick or calmly oiled.
  • With a desk knife calmly rating a line across the edge of every pastry, about 1/3″ (.75 cm) from the sting. Don’t lower by way of.
  • Divide the ketchup combination and unfold inside the scored traces.
  • Unfold the shallots evenly between the pastries.
  • Divide the ham and sprinkle on high.
