Extra particularly, summer season quiche.
Whereas we do the vast majority of our summer season cooking on the barbecue grill, there are all the time days when it’s chilly, windy, and wet. When that occurs, cooking returns to the kitchen.
However we nonetheless have all these pretty veggies from the potager.

Rooster, Chard, & Mushroom Quiche
