Ile Aux Cygnes

Ile aux Cygnes is Paris’s man-made island, situated close to the Eiffel Tower. Named the “Island of Swans,” it was created in 1827 and is legendary for internet hosting one of many seven replicas of the Statue of Liberty in Paris, situated on the island’s western finish.
Positioned within the sixteenth Arrondissement, this Paris island is a good spot for a day stroll alongside the Seine, having fun with the great breeze coming from the river
A staircase downstream from the Bir-Hakeim bridge descends onto a protracted, tree-lined avenue. This constitutes the larger a part of the island, which is eleven meters large. Alongside the Seine’s proper and left banks, the structure isn’t one of the best within the metropolis, so simply look forward in direction of the Statue of Liberty throughout your stroll :)).
Ile aux Cygnes can also be the departure level for my favourite dinner cruise in Paris, that includes a scrumptious bistro-style menu and comfy club-style armchairs, completely positioned to benefit from the view of the Seine and your journey companions.
