  • 10oz (300gr) pork, minimize for stir-frying
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pink bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • 3/4 cup peas, (4oz, 120gr) frozen, thawed, no sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) rooster broth
  • 1/4 cup (2oz, 60ml) sherry
  • 1 tbs cornstarch (Maizena, corn flour) dissolved in
  • 1 tbs soy sauce plus 1 tbs water
  • 1/2 cup (3.3oz, 95gr) Basmati rice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 cup (8oz, 240ml) rooster broth
  • Rice:
  • Soften butter in small saucepan over medium warmth.  
  • Add rice and sauté, stirring for two – 3 minutes.
  • Add broth and prepare dinner rice for size of time on bundle. 
  • When performed fluff with fork.
  • Stir-Fry:
  • Warmth half of every oil in a big nonstick skillet over medium-high warmth.
  • Add onion, pepper, celery to skillet and stir-fry for two minutes.
  • Add garlic, mushrooms, and stir-fry one other 2 minutes.

  • Add pork and stir-fry 3 – 5 minutes, till properly browned.
  • Return greens to skillet, add peas, broth and sherry.

  • Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce. 
  • Add cornstarch combination to pan and stir till thickened.
  • Serve over Rice.

Notes

Use pork loin or tenderloin for this.
