- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) rooster broth
- 1/4 cup (2oz, 60ml) sherry
- 1 tbs cornstarch (Maizena, corn flour) dissolved in
- 1 tbs soy sauce plus 1 tbs water
- 1/2 cup (3.3oz, 95gr) Basmati rice
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 cup (8oz, 240ml) rooster broth
- Rice:
- Soften butter in small saucepan over medium warmth.
- Add rice and sauté, stirring for two – 3 minutes.
- Add broth and prepare dinner rice for size of time on bundle.
- When performed fluff with fork.
- Stir-Fry:

- Add onion, pepper, celery to skillet and stir-fry for two minutes.

Notes
