We eat meat, however we don’t eat numerous meat.

- 10oz (300gr) turkey cutlets or tenderloin, minimize into bite-size items
- 1 onion, peeled, halved, thinly sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
- 1 tbs ginger, peeled, minced

- Add onion, pepper to skillet and stir-fry for two minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, cumin and stir-fry one other 2 minutes.
- Cut back warmth to medium, add turkey and stir-fry till cooked by way of.
- Add rooster broth, peas, cowl and simmer 5 minutes, till peas are scorching.
- Add cherry tomatoes and warmth by way of, about 1 minute.
- Stir in cornstarch / water combination.
- Serve over rice, barley, quinoa….
Notes
Substitute rooster breasts for turkey and 1/2 tsp powdered ginger (or much less) for recent.
