‘Secret portraits’ from a younger prodigy await you within the new free exhibition on the Lodge & Spa la Belle Juliette…
Elie is a younger photographer (18 years previous) initially from Nîmes within the south of France. Due to his dad and mom, he has at all times saved a few of the tradition of the south with him, regardless of having spent most of his life in Paris. The 2 influences come collectively in his photographs.
Since he was a toddler, Elie has been very curious and observant, and learning images in school helped refine and develop his imaginative and prescient. One tutor particularly inspired him to persevere and full all kinds of photograph initiatives.
Engaged on these numerous initiatives helped Elie to maneuver naturally in the direction of portraiture – he loves capturing the current second, a singular fleeting emotion.
On the whole, once I take a portrait, I don’t put together it. I attempt to categorical an emotion within the current, a second being lived that conjures up me at that instantaneous.
For this exhibition, I’ve targeting portraits illustrating completely different professions.
It’s not simply the face of the person who expresses one thing – the context of their life can be a part of the background.
