All hail the return of one of many highlights of the cultural 12 months close to our lodges in Saint-Germain-des-Prés – the Pageant PhotoSaintGermain! This free picture pageant all the time has an awesome number of exhibitions on supply, with nearly all of them fully free. A few of the venues are nice locations to find too, and there’s an entire programme of associated occasions too (movie showings, debates, signing classes…)

Among the many photos that caught our consideration, there’s Terri Weifenbach (picture above) on the Delacroix Museum and Emilio Azevedo on the Maison Auguste Comte together with his undertaking entitled Rondônia – Remark je suis tombé amoureux d’une ligne.
This latter exhibition is co-organised with the Quai Branly Museum, the place extra of Azevedo’s images might be seen till twenty sixth January 2026.
On the Paris Crous Gallery you may see Ailleurs est imminent, with images from Philippe Calia, Victoire Thierrée, Alexandra Dautel and Elliott Verdier who all see indicators, actual or imagined, in our world.
The delpire & co gallery is displaying the primary solo French exhibition of Romanian artist Mihai Șovăială‘s work, somewhat bleak views of Bucharest, with different images by Anton Roland Laub as a bonus.
As one instance of oddball venues collaborating within the pageant, images by Philippe Ramette are being proven on the Samuel Gassmann boutique, an artisanal producer of cufflinks!
