Behind its deceptively old school storefront, Boulangerie Bo boasts a mixture of Japanese-inflected pastries and French classics, thanks largely to the time pastry chef Olivier Haustraete spent working for Alain Ducasse in Tokyo. All the pieces from the brilliant lime tart to the enormous breads to the raspberry croissants is made on-site.
