In an open and brilliant eating room, chef Takao Inazawa is serving Japanese-accented delicacies with unbelievable precision and steadiness, like this panko-crusted blood sausage (10€) perfumed with Japanese curry, or veal sweetbreads glazed with candy eel sauce. There are a couple of vegetarian creations, however the menu is heavy on meat and fish dishes. There’s a superb wine record that includes Villemade, Dard et Ribo, Souhaut, L’Anglore and different pure wine producers.

Open Tuesday-Friday for lunch & dinner. Open Monday for dinner solely. Closed Saturday & Sunday.
