  • 1 1/2 cups (12oz, 360ml) beef broth
  • 4 tbs ketchup
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tbs cornstarch (maizena) dissolved in 2 tbs water
  • 1/3 cup Greek or plain yogurt
  • Warmth oil in a medium skillet.
  • Add beef and sauté, breaking it up because it browns.
  • In a small bowl mix broth, ketchup, Worcestershire, paprika and herbs
  • Put carrot, onion, celery, garlic and 1 1/2 cups cabbage within the backside of the gradual cooker.
  • Prime with beef, then the remaining 1 1/2 cups cabbage.
