Fox Information and a couple of Profitable Recipes
It’s been a very long time since I’ve finished a meals section on TV! At Fox Information, my favourite morning station, they’re nonetheless not welcoming cooks into the studio kitchen. However that didn’t cease us! Final Monday, Gabby, the producer for Fox Foodies, and I spent the morning and into the early afternoon taping in my kitchen to provide this section and another that can air in March.

Rooster and Vegetable Casserole
2 cups ready rice
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup hen inventory
2-3 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 head of cauliflower minimize into florets
2 cups hen, cooked and cubed
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 levels. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan set over medium warmth, soften the butter, add flour, and prepare dinner for two minutes. Rooster with Blush Pasta Sauce
3 cups bottled crimson sauce
2 hen breasts, minimize into strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup hen inventory or white wine
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini
1 package deal of frozen artichokes, chopped
½ teaspoon crimson pepper flakes
¼ cup parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping

1 pound spaghetti, cooked in salted water to al dente
Warmth olive oil in a big chef’s pan or skillet over medium-high warmth. Salt and pepper hen and add it to the pan. Brown the hen for 3-4 minutes on both sides. Deglaze the pan with hen inventory or white wine. Add artichokes, pepperoncini, crimson pepper flakes, and sauce to the pan and simmer for about 10-12 minutes. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese to the sauce, and stir to mix. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, and serve.
