I used lamb however beef and even rooster thighs could be good.

  • 10oz (300gr) candy potatoes, reduce in half, then wedges
  • 3/4 cup (6oz, 180ml) rooster broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs recent ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp za’atar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs butter
  • Warmth 1 tbs oil in a big skillet.
  • Dredge lamb in flour, add to skillet and brown. Take away to gradual cooker
  • Add butter, garlic, ginger, and all spices. Stir properly.
  • Add any remaining flour and stir properly.
  • Add 1/4 cup rooster broth to skillet and stir till thickened.
  • Stir in remaining broth.
  • Put all greens in gradual cooker, on prime of lamb.
  • Pour the inventory over all, cowl and prepare dinner, low warmth, 7 hours.
  • Take away lamb and greens to a platter and serve.

Notes
