The meat, greens, and flavors can fluctuate in keeping with style and temper.

Moroccan Rooster Stew
That is scrumptious served as is or with conventional flatbread.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes

- 2 hen breasts, (12oz, 360gr) reduce into 2″ (4cm) piece
- 1 massive onion, halved, then sliced
- 1 medium inexperienced pepper, reduce into sticks
- 2 medium carrots, reduce into sticks
- 1 medium potato, reduce into chunks
- 1 medium candy potato, reduce into chunks
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs minced ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup inexperienced olives
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 cup hen broth
- 1 tbs cornstarch (maizena) dissolved in 2 tbs water
- Warmth oil in massive saucepan over medium-high warmth.
- Add paprika, cumin, onion, pepper, carrot and sauté till onion is tender, about 7 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, hen and calmly brown.
- Add hen broth, potatoes, cowl and simmer till greens are accomplished, 25 – half-hour. Pierce greens with a fork or sharp knife to verify.
- Uncover, enhance warmth and add cornstarch combination, stirring till sauce is thickened.
- Stir in olives, almonds and serve.
Notes
Use 1 extra potato rather than the candy potato.
