Robert is a small restaurant within the eleventh that has had a number of cooks since opening in 2018. Following Peter Orr and Daniel Morgan, Jack Bosco is now working the kitchen and serving a menu that’s rather more targeted on meet and fish than his predecessor. The produce remains to be sourced from the restaurant’s personal gardens within the Loire valley, however Robert is not a “haven for vegetarians,” as we described it when Daniel Morgan was the chef.
