Pork, Carrot, & Celeriac Stew

Pork & Vegetable Stew

Celeriac, or celery root, has a light celery style and is nice for stews, skillets, or an addition to mashed potatoes.

  • Dissolve cornstarch in water and slowly add, stirring till thickened.

Notes
